Place the F-843-L back in the vice so that the AFT end (shorter end) is now on your side of the vice as seen in picture #2.
The vertical flange should be on your left with the vertex pointed to the left.
This time, the twisting goes to your right, or clockwise,
Zero out the digital level, place the adjustable wrench on the vertical flange and move it incrementally clockwise until you achieve your desired angle.
That's it..Pretty easy! Easy to say now.
Picture #2 shows the F-843-R in the vice and starting the same procedure over. With the right one, the FWD end points towards your left arm, or SSW if the AFT angle is facing North.
Picture #3 shows the result of the whacking and twisting. Fits very nicely!
So there you have it. A lot of aprehension for nothing!
